Do people not understand how to embed an image?

Like the threads with dresses. Dozens and dozens of links.

See, I wasted 14 seconds clicking on that.

Thing is OP, most other SM websites will automatically paste a photo of the website when you add a link in the post

So if I linked to a dress, they would also add the link as well as a photo (hyperlink?)

Mumsnet doesn't do this so i have to copy a link, then save the photo onto my camera roll then upload it to the site

And as an app user the interface to upload photos is TERRIBLE. You can often be waiting 20 seconds or longer to see you photos to pick from-and then it only shows you your last 10 or so to add.

So I am guilty of posting links as otherwise it's a right faff!

So to have a picture you take a screenshot and post that or is there another way of linking but including the picture?

I can't enlarge the embedded pics on the android app. I can easily follow a link, though.

Yeah, I'm on the android app too. But I'd rather see teeny images than spend 15 seconds to see each link.
