I'm so scared this could be breast cancer

Just come out from the swimming baths and noticed a weird spot like thing on my breast. I squeezed it and it just bled.
Now I'm scared it could be Paget's disease or IBC. I'm sat in the car crying. In the photo bit I've blacked out is my nipple.. what do you think?

I mean definitely go to a doctor, but it could be so many things. An ingrown hair, a spot, a cyst.

I would go to the Dr, as a precaution but don’t panic. Also don’t panic if you get referred to the breast clinic! Unless a GP can clearly 100% rule it out, they will refer you as a matter of course.

That's very likely an ingrown hair. Or similar. Just because it's on your boob area does not warrant this level of panic. Book an appt with the GP. But it's not a lump, its a spot.

I would just put some sudo cream on it and see what it's like in a week or so. There is no need to panic at all, it is not a lump it's a spot.

It just looks like a spot, as others have said. You can easily get them in the pores on the skin of your breasts. The skin is quite delicate though and I think it’s easier to bleed if you squeeze a spot there.

I would just keep an eye on it for the next few days. Nothing would make me think it was cancer and I wouldn’t go to the GP about it unless it hasn’t gone away in day 2 weeks.

Ingrown hair that’s got a bit infected I think. I get them sometimes and love squeezing them out in the bath!
