....

  1. Easy to use for someone who can't hold hands up for a long time and prone to dropping things!
  2. To deal with semi curly fizzy hair with some grey hair
  3. That does not damage hair too much (steam or brush?)
  4. Price I am flexible with, as I don't want to buy twice!

It doesn't need to be poked straight, just less messy and more professional looking.

Any ideas?

I love my dyson straighteners but they're heavy to use so prob not suitable given your no.1 requirement

I use GHDs. I am dyspraxic but can manage them fine.

Steampod

I've a £20 heated brush. If you do it in small sections you get identical results to straighteners. And the heating elements are lower than the bristles of the brush so if you drop it, nothing gets burnt!
I have GHDs as well that I already had before I bought the brush, but I think a heated brush could work really well for you.

Curly grey hair here.

The best thing for your hair health is probably the dyson airwrap. The stiff brush on that gives me a smart blow out look.

When I want poker straight I'll use straighteners too. I have dyson, cloud nines and Remington.

However, budget wise the babyliss big airbrush is pretty good.

Light cheap budget straightener is the Remington. Cloud nines also lightweight and slightly better.

GHD platinums. Worth every penny.

GHD girl here until GHDs broke & I couldn’t afford to replace them for a while. I purchased a pair of VODUZ and they are honestly the best, way better than ghds and great for my gammy wrists. Will never go back to ghds now

What about a straightening treatment at the hairdressers?
