To be fed up of caring

We have been looking after elderly pil for 4 years after a severe stroke, they need shopping and admin got cleaners/ gardeners in after 18 months of me managing alone. They have carers for toilet and personal care. One day of our weekend is taken up going and sorting them out my husband is disabled so needs me to take him there he needs a lot of day to day support too. Just been reflecting back on the last 25 years and I have literally been caring or supporting someone at various levels. My kids have all moved out and I feel like I have more responsibility than when they were here. I just feel smothered by the needs of everyone else and I don’t know what to do x

Bless you, it sounds exhausting - is there anything that you do for them that could be outsourced so you can have a bit of a break?
