Upset stomach, twitching eyelid, hives and eczema - could these all be linked or is it 'stress'?

I've been having small little health issues this past year, which I originally put down to work-related stress and anxiety. However, my stress levels have gone down a lot, yet I'm still having these symptoms that I thought were stress-related, so I'm wondering if it could be due to something else?

I get an upset stomach around once a week (cramps, diarrhoea), I'm quite tired a lot of the time despite being young and otherwise healthy and have gone from never ever having naps to having 2 hour naps probably once or twice a week (usually after an upset stomach). I have jaw pain which the dentist said is TMJ, which I've never suffered from before. I have a red rash on my chest every morning which looks like stress hives, and I've developed eczema. My eyelid is also always twitching.

I know these are all minor things on their own, but it feels like my body is run down/stressed despite me mentally being ok and having quite a relaxed lifestyle. Does anyone else have similar symptoms? Is this just normal body 'noise' that we all have, or just a coincidence or could it point to something else?

I had a full blood count a few months ago which was all normal.

I have had a few similar symptoms OP such as twitchy eyelid, panicky feeling in chest and IBS (several others as well🤦🏽‍♀️) which turned out to to perimenopause. How old are you? Any chance it could be that?x

Thank you for your reply @FatherJoseFernandez . I'm in my late 20s so it shouldn't be the perimenopause

Watching with interest as I've also had twitchy eyelids & hives...

The only advice I've got is for the twitchy eyelids. I had one for about 6 months. It was really stressing me out, getting worse and worse. Then I tried facial exercises I found on the Internet. Within a week it had pretty much gone. It's a vicious circle. The more stressed I got the worse it became.

I was diagnosed with malabsorption, had anaemia. Vitamin deficiencies & needed B12 injections every 12 weeks 😫
