If you have low energy how many usable hours do you have per day?

How much can you get done in an average day? Have you ever found anything that really helped you?

I feel like I only have 4 or 5 hours of ability to do tasks (of whatever nature, including things like washing up dishes and taking my shower, so everything) in me per day. It just doesn't leave much room for doing things I actually want to do.

I do have low folate and ferritin. I'm trying to supplement folate and feel it makes a difference almost within a few hours of taking it - the difference I would say is like it improves the brain fog aspect of feeling exhausted. Just waiting for blood test results to see if the number has gone up or if I am imagining it!

Has anything helped your fatigue?

I’m the same atm - high functioning time is very low my sleep is not good which is not helping. It’s summer holidays for me so DD is at home plus DH is on leave as well. They affect my concentration a bit.
