Signs your on line matches were married/ partnered

I've had some great chats today but he's off line abruptly since 830.
Now this in and of itself is nothing but I definitely see this pattern with on line matches .
Anything else jump out to you that they may be partnered when on line dating ?

I’ve never used online dating but I do remember the signs from an old boyfriend who had a fiancée and was cheating with me (I didn’t know this - ended it as soon as I found out) he wouldn’t reply to messages for hours, and would always have his phone on silent. Keep your eyes peeled for more signs x

That's a good question for chatgpt.

Signs are, live far away, only available at certain days, hours.

That's a good question for chatgpt.

So id that. Here's what it said (free version):

While it's important not to jump to conclusions based solely on limited information, there are certain signs that might suggest a man is married or in a serious relationship when using a dating app. Keep in mind that these signs are not definitive proof, but they could be red flags to watch out for:

  1. Lack of Clear Photos: If his profile only has a few, low-quality, or heavily filtered photos that don't clearly show his face, it could be an indication that he's trying to hide his identity or relationship status.
  2. Vague or Inconsistent Information: If his profile description is vague, incomplete, or seems inconsistent, it could suggest that he's not being completely honest about his intentions or personal life.
  3. Reluctance to Share Personal Information: If he avoids sharing details about his job, where he lives, or other personal aspects, he might be trying to keep his real life hidden.
  4. Unusual Availability Times: If he's only available for communication during odd hours or specific times, it might suggest that he's trying to avoid being caught by a partner.
  5. Hesitation to Meet in Person: If he's reluctant to meet up in person or consistently cancels plans, he could be trying to maintain his current relationship while also engaging on the dating app.
  6. Inconsistent Social Media Presence: If he mentions his social media but doesn't want to connect there or has an online presence that doesn't match his claimed single status, it's worth investigating further.
  7. Reluctance to Discuss Future Plans: If he avoids talking about future plans or avoids discussing where he sees his dating life going, it could be a sign that he's not fully available.
  8. Avoiding Conversations about Family: If he doesn't discuss his family or seems uncomfortable doing so, he might be hiding a significant other or family commitments.
  9. Sudden Disappearances: If he suddenly disappears for periods of time without explanation, he could be prioritizing his current relationship over interactions on the dating app.
  10. Refusing Video Calls: If he always has an excuse for not wanting to video call, it might be an attempt to hide his identity or relationship status.
  11. Inconsistent Behavior: If his behavior on the app doesn't align with someone genuinely interested in pursuing a relationship, he might already be committed elsewhere.

Remember, these signs can also apply to someone who is genuinely single and not involved in any other relationships. It's essential to communicate openly and directly with potential matches to clarify intentions and address any concerns you might have. If you're suspicious, you can ask straightforward questions without being accusatory to get a better understanding of his situation.

I take it from the last paragraph that ChatGPT isn't familiar with the fact that people frequently lie.

Left hand hidden or cropped out of all profile photos. 😂

These are a few that have tipped me off in the past:
Casually but deliberately putting phone face down on table during dates.
Ringing whilst driving - kills 2 birds with one stone if commuting home from somewhere or theyve nipped out of the house on a made up errand to be free to call you.
At the end of a date wanting yo ‘get off quickly’ maybe because someone is expecting them
