DH has form for blaming me, when his things go missing.
The other day, he was leaving for work, and I went after him with his reading glasses, asking if he needed them? He said, no, he had a pair at work. I placed them back on the dining table.
A few days later, he can't find his glasses, and they seem to have vanished. He is adamant that "I have done something with them, because I was the last person to have them". I know that the only place I would have placed them, is back on the table, where we have a little basket for such things.
They are missing for days, and he keeps blaming me, and this morning he had a rant about it and dropped a few F bombs.
This morning, he goes to move my car, and there they are, sitting on my passenger seat. No way in a million years, have I placed them there. I wouldn't borrow them - they are not my prescription. He has, however, been in my car recently - I have dropped him places and he has used it to go to the shops. So, it's obvious he took his glasses and left them in the car.
He comes in and says "Look what I've found in the car!" and when I say that I knew I hadn't moved them, he loses his temper again and asks me whether I really want to "expend all this fucking energy on arguing about stupid fucking glasses".
He's not normally like this, he's hungover. But still! This isn't me is it?
