I have currently gone part time - previously full time.
I will be a single mum to 3 children under 10.
I would be around 30 k better off a year if go back full time after maternity leave.
i currently do get some top up from Universal credit but they would stop shortly due to an inheritance.
so in real terms it would be the difference between 30 k a year and 60 k a year. Any single mums of 3 under 10s work full time ? How does it work for you because I feel like I’m so torn between meaning there is no family time but also giving us a better life financially.
