Help find me AI holiday in October ?

I’ve looked at so many I’m going crazy.

Me , DH , DS1 ( 3 months ) DD ( 21 months) are wanting to go AI for a week at the start of October. Max budget £3,500.

We would like a beach hotel, close to a town. We are looking for a hotel with pools and a few good places to eat! We hope to be able to have a stroll in the eve so near a town .

We Hope to go as close to 5 stars as budget affords. I’m looking at Kos, Crete, corfu ?

Please help me ? Any recommendations??
This is our first holiday in 5 years and will be likely the only one for a few more years
So we are desperate for it to be special.

Try a travel agent?

I have but all seem desperate to fob me off with a deal at their partner hotel. I have Been on Trip advisor all week. Every hotel has such mixed reviews so looking for some personal input.
