To wonder how small Brunch bars are going to end up?

Opened a new pack of Brunch bars today to find they seem to have shrunk, yet again, in size. It wasn't that long ago that they reduced the pack size from 6 to 5 as well.

I'm still hungry but foraging in the cupboards didnt produce much as I'm not getting my weekly food shopping until later today and I'm not having another Brunch bar as the price of them has increased in line with the size reduction!

Ps this is just a lighthearted moan but has anyone else noticed?

They need to change the name. They're definitely not big enough to be brunch!

And yet they are more calories per bar! Taste is too sweet. I've been to poundland to stock up on old 6 packs and just discovered aldi do a "munchy" bar dupe for 85p/ box of 5.

@Firsttimecaller I quite like the Aldi rip-off munchy bars too but I fear they're going in the same direction as the Brunch bars - the six packs vanished from the shelves to be replaced by 5 packs recently so a size change may be incoming too! 😭

It's really fucked me off how so many things have switched from 6 to 5 so you end up buying 2 packs if you are sharing between 2 adults or 2 kids.

I’m more bothered by the packaging change, we tend to buy a couple of packs and tip them all into a tin so the kids can easily grab one, but now the chocolate version and the raisin one look identical. Seems like a poor move from an allergy standpoint.
