To suspect vitamin pills / iron are giving me a rash

I've got a history of eczema but was found to have low iron while GP investigating something else.

I've been taking prescribed iron pills for a week and for the last five days I've got a dotty eczema like rash in places where my skin was previously clear.

Anyone else get this?

It just sorted itself out in a couple of weeks. I probably took antihistamines, as I tend to reach for them with any sort of flare up. Hope you recover soon x
