next door, same social landlord as me, no previous warning, no updates, no end date in sight, 5 months of it, 5 different contractors, all extremely noisy ... circular saws, drilling, hammering, heavy machinery digging, groundwork, blocking parking/deliveries, leaning building waste up against our house, loud building hollering under bathroom window, loud radios blaring. Most weekdays within regulated hours, some Saturdays and occasionally evenings up to 10pm.
Not debating whether works need doing, just the lack of communication and common decency.
I've put up with it too long but what else can I do?
