Instagram influencers now charging subscription fees

I like to look on Instagram for ideas re clothes, have lost my style mojo since hitting my fifties, a lot of the ladies I follow have now started offering a subscription to look at their content therefore what you are able to see is a lot less unless you pay, has anyone else noticed this recently?

I haven't noticed but don't use insta any more.
Perhaps advertising revenue has dried up a bit & the market is flooded, do you not want to pay? Personally I wouldn't pay but I guess you can't blame them for trying!

I’ve seen two so far. One taking most but not all content onto a subscription basis so special extra content. I can get magazines for low cost that has similar content so it’s more the price than the model that is holding me back. It was very much pegged at ‘just the cost of a takeaway coffee a week’ but I don’t buy those that regularly and it’s discretionary spending and not a subscription.
