That is Jane Boulton from the TV show Airline. I have seen videos of her on social media and I love her confidence in how she deals with really rude and difficult customers. She was on This Morning fairly recently and it was lovely to see her all these years later and how she has this new fan base of people who have discovered her. A lot of them wasn’t even born when Airline first aired 25 years ago.
