The consultant will, eventually, write a letter or see you for a follow up or you can phone the consultants secretary to ask for the results.

My consultant ordered results appear in a different app, not the NHS one.

Depending on your trust, there may be another patient portal you can access.
Mine is called mycare.

I've just rung the consultant's secretary and asked to have them posted to me.

I must of called the secretary number 100 times. All times of the day, no answer. It’s so hard. Thanks all.

Especially if the consultant does a mix of nhs and private work, their medical secretary may work in different locations at different times. A quick google of their and/or consultants name might show other ways of places/times to contact them.

If you struck lucky, id be open about what you are doing, explain that you are trying to contact them and ask them how best to do that.

You might get lucky and they take your request then and their. Better to get the good way to contact them for nhs results. Often very helpful

sign up to access your patient records online - both GP and hospital.
Last time I had bloods done at hospital, the results were there same day.

🙄they will also plague you with texts saying you have a message, you log in, get the message that you have had an appointment, or missed an appointment, which translates to they called your mobile & you didn't pick up. It's efficient other than that though.
