Started choosing blinds in April. Paid £1000 (50%) in May to be fitted in June.
Notified a week before fitting that they'd lost them. No contact from Hillarys. Self employed fitter advised me of this.
New order was sent which Hillarys emailed to me. No covering apology or explanation.
Fit date this week....I have 3 out of 20 blinds because the rest are the wrong blinds.
No word from Hillarys at all. No contact. Nothing. It usually takes 3-4 weeks to order and get from China (only found this out in June with 1st fail). So possibly August I.e. nearly end of summer before I get them!
YABU = Be patient...cost of living crisis, bigger issues blah blah
YANBU= Hillarys should contact me and discuss compensation for failure to meet agreed fitting
