AIBU to ask for your best milestone birthday gifts?

Hello :)
It's my mums 60th later this year and I would like to get her something special as she is honestly the most wonderful, kind, thoughtful person I know. She doesn't drink just as an FYI and budget is around £500 but can be flexible as I have enough time to budget.
AIBU to ask for your best birthday gift/ experiences please?

At 60 most people have most of the stuff that they need. An experience of some sort and maybe a photographer to take a couple of family photos so that she always remember it.

For my 30th my husband commissioned a local artist to make a painting of my favourite view, out of my office window. We have since moved so it's very precious to me.

Mine was my private car reg.

Could you do a mother/daughter weekend away? Is there anyone she's always wanted to go or has been a long time ago and would love to revisit?

I personally would much prefer a personalised number plate instead of spa days/balloon rides/ theatre trips usually suggested for older womens special birthdays.
Second choice would be a painting of the grandchildren.

If she's anything like my mum and loves F1 she might like to drive a supercar or what about a Spa weekend ? Top notch dining experience ? Piece of jewellery.
