To ask whether you would recommend Teva sandals?

I’ve been burned with a crappy pair of Chinese sandals I bought via Facebook (ad all lies including saying they were shipped from the uk).

Looking around for something better and I came across Teva. Do you have Teva sandals? Are they comfortable with good arch support?

I have 2 pairs of Teva Kayentas which are 8 years old, I wear them frequently and they still look like new. I also have two pairs of Universal Midforms which I bought last year which are also very comfortable. So yes, I'd recommend them. The Kayentas are much 'prettier' but sadly they no longer make them.

I absolutely love mine, so comfy. I can walk all day in them. I live in them any time it's too hot for DMs (which I wear all the rest of the year).

The only downside is that I've had 3 pairs and I find they all tend to smell after some hours' wear. I tried treating them with bicarb of soda, which was a faff and didn't seem to do much. And I've tried just hosing them down at the end of the day, that didn't have any effect either. So I'm stuck. I really don't like the smell, but I love the fit.
