I know I’m not likely to get anything but my daughter is desperate to go so I said I would try. I believe tomorrow is the date they go on sale (assuming any left after the pre sale) at 11am. Where do I go to see if they have any? Ticketmaster? I’ve just looked and it says about tomorrows sale at 11 am but can’t see where to book? Will it be obvious tomorrow when/ if there are some for sale?

If you didn't enter the registration period a few weeks ago and get an email with a unique code on Friday last week you have no chance of getting any tickets through ticketmaster.

hundreds of thousands of people who did that are still waitlisted (me included), there will be no way of getting them tomorrow unless you pay a reseller, or know someone with a code who may be prepared to buy 4 tickets instead of 2.

You can’t get tickets unless you have already registered and got an access code. There won’t be any tickets available, as there’s a waitlist for those who registered before it goes to open public.

I'm pretty certain you will need to be logged in to Tickmaster and online (there is usually a queue) before the release time to stand any chance of getting any.

Hi, have you registered for the sale?
There has been a complicated process whereby you needed to register for the dates you wanted within 48 hours of the dates being announced. People who did this have either received a code for the sale or placed on a waitlist. If you've not done this you won't be able to access the sale i'm afraid.

No, no code or anything like that. She’s only been a fan for a while and didn’t know anything about it. Didn’t even know there was a concert coming up until she mentioned it a couple of weeks ago.

Then you won't get tickets through ticketmaster unfortunately.

your only option is to pick up tickets through someone selling them on.

You'll be best off looking for resale either through twickets or Ticketmaster when they become available.

Viagogo is your only option

Thanks I’ll look at thickets and viagogo. Is there a particular time to look or just frequently? Assume this is people selling them on? Are they verified as genuine?

Avoid Viagogo, you can list tickets on there without proof of having the tickets so lots of them are just scammers and they are all massively over priced especially at the moment.
Ticketmaster and AXS have their own resale services so this would be your best bet but look closer to the time.

Alternatively put a message out to any friends and family who might have the access code in case they don't need it.

I managed to get tickets through the album presale last week so I have given my code (and access to my ticketmaster account) to a friend for when the tickets get released on Wednesday.

I must say I have used Viagogo a few times for various tickets and never had any problems with it

Look nearer the time, we've all ordered tickets 11 months in advance, circumstances change, pretty sure they'll be people selling them nearer the time. I've only got 4 (max you can get in the presale) I'm wait listed for Cardiff... if anyone has a spare standing Cardiff??? long shot
