I don’t know if I am spending too much time watching the news, maybe
I am preoccupied with money worries unnecessarily. We live within our means and don’t have expensive hobbies & always manage to save plus usually don’t spend all our disposable income. Household total income is about 60k before tax. We’re not rolling in it but we live a humble lifestyle & have everything we need.
I’m not sure why I’m this way, growing up I had everything I needed and more + I have always been sensible and budgeting since I started my Saturday job many years ago. Is anyone else like it, how do I relax? It’s getting to the point where I am worrying about future finances and I know logically it’s silly as some things are out of your hands
