Hair takes forever to grow

Argh, why did I get it cut so short!
It's currently the length in the attached pics, though not as nice as theirs as some of my layers are a bit shorter in places.
It's taken 5.5 months to get it here, I've just had the neck trimmed/clipped and a very slight trim of the dead ends but that's it. Probably going to be another 6 months or so before it's anything I can tie up or do anything with.
I take supplements, don't use heat on it, don't use bleach or anything.
It's just part of growing out hair I guess isn't it! Anyone else growing or grown theirs out?

Actually, it's more inverted towards the neck. Anyway, just fed up with it now!

My hair takes forever to grow too but that's probably due to the fact I colour it. My hairdresser recommended biotin supplements x

Slightly different but I lost a lot of hair due to illness. It seemed like my hair had really slowed down growth wise as well as losing it in handfuls. Started using L'Occitane strength & volume shampoo & also take super complex vitamin b. Hair stopped falling out within 2 weeks. Regrowth was noticeable after 2 months.

I believe the rosemary content is what helps. I am now 8 months on and my hair is thicker, longer & healthy. I had it cut for the first time in a year & my hairdresser (of many years) was amazed at how good my hair is looking now. Huge confidence boost!
