To leave a job because I've been underpaid 3 times?

In one month.
It's a shame because the job pays very well and is very low-stress, well suited to me etc. Plus hours are great. Because of the pay I've been able to go part-time too.

I've been doing it for 2 months, and in the last month I've been underpaid 3 times. I do the role via an agency and each week I have to submit timesheets for the hours worked.
I have always submitted the hours on time and on the correct days etc. As far as I know. I get reminders by text to do them and so on.
I've complained to the agency, 3 times in a month is not good enough. I got the money a week later but after having to chase up with various emails and phone calls.
They wouldn't accept it but they think it's ok for us to. So I'm paid every Friday and it's happened again today, and I've had some rubbish excuse from them.
Should I resign? It's a shame

It depends a bit. You’re getting the money in the end, so if the job is good and you can manage with the erratic payment schedule, it would might be unwise to leave just because they’re annoying. Presumably they’d eventually get the hang of it - maybe call and chat to see if there’s anything you can do to make correct payment more likely.

On the other hand, if you can easily get an equivalent elsewhere without having to handhold them through every payment, or if the erratic payments put you in jeopardy of, say, not being able to pay your rent, you should probably find something else.

YANBU to really pissed off with them, though.

I get it because of several emails and phone calls which just wastes my time. You're right though, it's a shame if everything else is good. The first month was fine but now the second month they've messed up.
I will just see if there's anything paying equivalent but with another company.
