Yep. Or spend ages writing a long reply and it won't bloody send cos of some error meaning you have to log out and log back in again and re write the whole thing all over again. Grrr

I was reading through all her posts to make sure that I didn't get the wrong end of the stick, before I replied. I actually agreed with her. So it was doubly disappointing.

It means dictate your posts although I'm not aureeveryone has that option, I dont think I can do it on my laptop it's not a Mumsnet specific thing

Been using it for yrs, that’s how I send messages when driving. Also do people backspace when they have typed wrongly & find it seriously irritating that you just can’t get that cursor in the right place? Hold space bar for a second bot 2 & you can move cursor where you like

If I am writing more than a couple of sentences, I type it in Simple Note then paste it in. But generally I try and keep my responses succinct, I think everyone prefers shorter to an essay.

for punctuation just tell it what to do say something like did the cat sit on the mat comma question mark & it will do it for you
