In terms of weight loss/shaping up?
Calorie counting? low carb? Cardio? Pilates? Fast 800?

Where is best to focus efforts to make a difference in 5 weeks?

30 Day Shred/Ripped in 30 or similar, lots of water, no snacks.

I particularly like and see the results from intermittent fasting and low carb

I mean, low carb, no snacks and intermittent fasting would get the job done, but don’t expect it to stay off.

Slow and steady over a long period with actual lifestyle and eating habit changes is the only thing to work long term.

Oh 30day shred I had forgotten about it, I'll have to dig out the old dvd! Do you think it works?
I totally get the long term thing, I've been doing slow and steady for a bit and lost half a stone, I just want a kick-start for the summer festivities. It'll be back to dlow and steady after.
Maybe low ish carb (if i say no carb i def wont stick to it) no breakfast for intermittent fasting. 10k steps and 30ds.
