My in-laws do this and it makes me so annoyed. I just don't want to know.

My MIL does this. DH has given up being polite about it and tells her to stop, which works about 50% of the time!

Play them at their own game, but better and proudly announce that you're due a huge shit after your meal. Only slightly joking
