To ask you to help me find a break for this weekend

Mine and DHs anniversary this weekend, can't get a babysitter so we would be taking both DC (both under 6). Probably looking at a break for one night on the Saturday but could probably do the Friday as well depending on price. I think ideally we would like something in the country side like a nice country manor hotel or something. We live in Worcestershire and don't really want to drive more than 1.30 hours. Anybody stayed anywhere they can recommend? Should also mention that ideally I wouldn't want to spend more than £350 (I know that's more likely to only get us a one night stay)

Babbington House? Woolly Grange?

Lucknam Park was the other one that sprang to mind

Is that just for accommodation or to include e.g. a dinner?

If you've got kids with you surely an air b and b in a nice town might be better than a hotel in the countryside - more to keep them occupied.

My DD and I stayed in a beautiful apartment for 3 nights recently for £350 - it was in Aberystwyth and a short walk to the sea. Found it on Booking.Com.

If you are in Worcestershire what about somewhere in Herefordshire? Ludlow is a lovely town.

Just pick a nice location and type it into booking.com. They have loads of last minute deals. Enjoy!
