My husband is being screwed over by his business partner. We can't afford legal advice, where can we get help? I'm desperate. Thank you.

Does your business have insurance? Maybe that could offer something?

Citizens Advice?

Acas?

You might have better luck posting in legal though where there are some solicitors that pop on occasionally.

CAB is your best bet, but solicitors don’t work for free - if you want proper guaranteed advice you’ll have to pay for it.

Citizen's Advice helped me enormously for free. Phone as soon as they open... it gets very busy

Via your Home insurance or union if he’s in one worth a try.
