Weird pain radiating from shoulder to elbow to wrist and hand and fingers too

It's like a dull ache. No pins and needles or weakness or anything like that. It's the left side, but I have no other symptoms.

My shoulder was quite sore a couple of weeks ago but then got better, but didn't completely resolve.

Any ideas what this could be ?

Tendon tightness throughout your arm caused by the shoulder being in a poor position.

Have a Google for rotator cuff

Could be a trapped nerve in the neck - I had this and was told it was a frozen shoulder but I still had movement. Bloody painful for a couple of weeks but resolved mostly although I have some residual pins and needles and occasionally numbness in my left hand.

I saw a chiropractor for my twice yearly bout of sacrifice-iliac joint dysfunction and he did a full assessment and said I had had a trapped nerve in the neck area - he did some manipulation that did help but still have a bit of numbness etc two years on.

Anyway hope you get it resolved soon, it's not fun x
