Ordered three items online from Body Shop, one for me, other two as a gift for someone's birthday. Took seven days to arrive, when I unwrapped, one item (mine) had it's lid open and at least half had leaked out. Some of it got on one of the gifts and spoiled the label. Phoned customer services and asked how quickly they could send a replacement as friend's birthday imminent. They said three days which is too late.Then they wanted me to send photos which after a half hour technical challenge I just about managed to do. Now they want me to go to my local Body Shop to exchange the splodgy labelled item for a clean one. My nearest Body Shop is half an hour away! I thought buying online was supposed to be convenient. AIBU?
