There are lots of creative MNetters, and I'm curious about how long people spend writing/ painting/ playing music/ acting/ crafting or whatever your thing is.
Stephen King says writers should write 2000 words a day, but not all of us can squeeze that in!
I'm making an effort to carve out time per week to write and paint after a very long time away. It's hard to get started but so worth it when I do it - I spent a couple of hours painting this week, and today I have been writing in dribs and drabs in between brunch and dinner and many cups of tea. So I don't actually know how long I've spent at it 
What do you do in a typical week?
