Silly but how on earth can I stop sneezing

I am sneezing every 30 seconds. Sneezed twice whilst writing that sentence. It’s started to rain here heavily and don’t know if that’s making the pollen get to me more. I’m a hayfever sufferer usually but this is the worst spell I’ve ever had of it, I sneezed 9 times in a row about 15 minutes ago and I’m getting quite worried about it. My face is puffy too. Completely unreasonable to post but how can I stop? Actually worried I’ll burst a blood vessel or something

Have you taken an antihistamine? Washed your face? Do you a nasal rinse?

Yes shower then if you can, a nasal rinse, take some sudafed or a nasal spray or tiger balm or vicks to try and clear your nose.

I was so bad a few weeks ago I had to rinse my sinuses out with 3% hydrogen peroxide to clear them.
