Hi all!
We live on a dead end single road, several of my neighbours children come out and play football on the street until 10pm in the summer. I’ve got no issues with children playing, I sometimes let mine out to play. This issue is when they play football and it’s hitting people’s cars and my house.
We live less than 5 minutes from several parks, I don’t know why they don’t go there where there’s more space. They boot the ball so hard, it hits my door, windows, plants etc. Other neighbours have said to us what a nuisance they are.
I’ve spoken to the parents but they don’t seem to care. I bought a ring doorbell to have evidence if anything is damaged, they apologise to the camera in a jokey way.
Is my next stop the police? AIBU?
