Tesco clubcard vouchers

I have tried yesterday evening, middle of the night and this morning but every time I get the sorry try again later message.

Aibu to think Tesco have taken the voucher system offline even though it says we have until midnight tonight to get 3x value.

Has anyone been successful in the last 12 hours or so?

Managed to convert them last night, but on the app rather than on the website

Have you tried the app and the website? The app went weird on me yday but I was able to complete orders on the website. Still no reward codes though just order confirmations.

They haven't got the bandwidth for everyone trying to convert them. They also don't care 🤷🏼‍♀️

I kept trying, including the middle of the night when feeding the baby. I managed to do three lots but it was over a 36 hour period with lots of error messages along the way. I also tried their WhatsApp option to enquire if there was a problem - the bot said a human would be with me within two hours. That was two days ago!

I couldn't convert them last night, but managed to do it this morning just before 7 am. Used the website and had email confirmation but not the codes yet. It's a mess, I hope they extend the deadline further.

Managed to get them to go through on the website finally. No codes yet though not even for the ones I did yesterday afternoon.

I did mine yesterday morning and have the original email confirmation but not actually got the vouchers yet. Anyone else had this long delay?

I'm glad I managed to remember to do mine last weekend. It seems that lots of people are having problems in the last couple days. I don't think Tesco will extend it again, they already extended it.

It should be no surprise to anyone that systems can't cope with exceptional traffic increases, this happens time and time again whether it is Christmas slots (at any supermarket), concerts, new product release etc etc etc. The expectation that companies can just increase their systems at massive costs for just a couple of days is unrealistic.

It is not a mess, and it is not that they "don't care", Tesco repeatedly sent emails and flagged on their apps for months that the deadline was approaching to make sure everyone knew, what else were they supposed to do and when does accountabilty moved to the customers that never heeded the warnings and choose to risk leaving it to when there would be an obvious peak.

But I am sure it will all be the fault of big bad tesco if anyone can't convert before the now extended deadline.

Bizarrely, the first I knew about it was here on MN yesterday! However, I only get points from my Tesco credit card so don't open the app or shop in Tescos. I've had emails about vouchers that are about to expire but I don't remember one about the "3x" decreasing.

It was inevitable that everybody would log on at the last minute and the system would crash considering what happens every year when Christmas delivery saver slots go live,

Maybe people have their marketing permissions set so that they haven't been getting the reminder emails ? Ime they've been pretty regular and consistent but I allow contact from Tesco.

They used to be great, we haven't had anywhere we can reasonably have a day out near us for years.

But much to dh's dismay I have a cupboard overflowing with Denby Imperial Blue bowls in all shapes and sizes and Pomegranate cast iron casseroles instead. I now have another £222 to spend there..... Thinking of using it to upgrade my ancient cutlery which was "bought" with Safeway vouchers and after a couple of decades of dishwasher abuse has now seen better days!

Yes same here. They seem to be gradually creeping through though, I made several different orders and the first couple have arrived, and if I log in on the website instead of the app then it shows I’ve used all my vouchers so I’m sure they’ll get to me eventually!

I made two purchases yesterday and I have the order confirmations and not the codes. On my app is still says I have all my vouchers to use but on the website it says I have zero available so it must be in some sort of progress!

I never had an email or letter about it, it wasn’t until my dm told me at the weekend I knew, I forgot to change them up in time now :(

My vouchers ordered on Tuesday lunch time came through Wednesday morning. For those saying Tesco don’t care they have already extended the deadline due to IT issues on Tuesday. I have been buying Denby Pottery and a magazine subscription. It is shame they are changing to 2 x value. I remember when it was 4x. It always amazes me how many of my friends just use them at face value off a shop!

Tweet them and screen shot the date and time on the page that has that error message. As proof that you did it within the time.
