Sorry its not really an aibu, more an am I being stupid.
I am applying for a civil service role and at the CV part. It says to remove all references to various things for blind recruitment. One of these things is age. I can't work out whether I'm supposed to put in dates for previous roles/education. I mean, it seems fairly important to know how long I was in a role so I would assume I put them there, but once I add that I did my gsces in the early 90s it's easy enough to date me. 🤷
This might be really obvious; I leave out my dob and we ignore the fact that's it's easy to guess my age. But I don't want to mess up my application at such an early stage for something simple.
TIA
