Booked a hydrafacial appointment 3pm today. Booked online. Received two emails and a text confirming it. Cancelled stuff to go, too. Paid £12 deposit total cost £120. Arrived to find therapist not in. The one therapist who was there was extremely apologetic but it wasn't her fault and she was keeping other clients waiting whilst she tried to sort it all out.
My guess is that the therapist or whoever manages the online booking system hadn't updated it so it showed as available even when it wasn't. I'm really pissed off. It's not as if I was spending 50p. I'm so busy it's hard to find time so I'm doubly cross.
I've been to the park and the museum and sat reading in the park instead but I could have done with the time to do some work at home.
Would you go back there?
