We have a school streets scheme. Basically it means that unless you have a BB or live there, you have no business driving anywhere near the school at pick up/drop off times.
It's a city centre school with tonnes of public transport and cycle paths. There is no parking at all. None. Never has been since the school was built in Victorian times.
Yet, everyday there are a handful of parents who ignore the restrictions and drive up to the school gates. There have been a couple of near misses (kids nearly hit) in the last month.
Would I BU to start filming them and send it to the police?
If they have BB's they never display them and it doesn't mean they can drive like twats.
