To set up a three or four week rotation of meals?

I'm totally bored of meal planning and doing the online shop. It always ends up rushed and panicky for some reason.

If I set up a three or four week rotation of meals will I get even more bored with the same things again and again? Or will it free up lots of time? Will it make DCs fussy to have a more restricted diet?

Any suggestions/links to easy, quick, healthy family recipes would be gratefully received!

For context, my DCs are pre schoolers so either eat at home or nursery, and a baby.

I am considering similar. As it stands, we probably have a meal once every 3 weeks anyway so it will just eliminate some of the hassle of planning. You can always add more meals in over time. If kids or DH don't like it, they will have a get more involved in the process.
