To want a large washer dryer that works?!

I'm on my 3rd large washer dryer (13kg/8kg). The wash is ok, but it takes ages to switch from to dry, and the drying cycles take FOREVER and I just feel like screaming with frustration.

I can't fit a separate one anywhere. Summer is coming so that'll help with the drying....

But AIBU?

I'd love to just do a two large loads washed in 6 hours. Wash, dry, wash dry. Is that asking too much? And don't get me started on heat pump dryers!!!!
