To buy this as a shoe cabinet?

I need a hallway cabinet for shoes and dog leads etc. it has to be oak and I like the ones with baskets. EVERY sideboard like this is out of stock!

Im getting impatient now … AIBU to buy this one and just stick shoes in the drawers?

It depends on the actual height and depth of the drawers and what shoes you would want to store in it. At first glance it doesn’t look like it would actually hold that much.

You really won't get much in there at all

Shoes drive me bloody mad. It depends how high it is and whether your family will put them in there or not.
