Our buyer pulled out this week, 3 months into the conveyancing process. Enquiries were drawing to a close. We were supposed to move in time for DD to start primary alone the new area in September, now we are back to house viewings, only this time with a 2 month old baby to add to the dog and 3 year old. I have family visiting tomorrow, aunts and uncles I only see every year or two, to meet baby DS. We have a viewing at 11, they’re arriving at 11.30. DS had his baby jabs today and is cranky and unsettled so I’m in for a night of broken sleep. I have to be up early tomorrow to clean and get the place ready, including clearing dog shit out of the garden.

I just want to get into bed and not re-emerge until about 5pm tomorrow 😭

That's such a shame they pulled out, when we moved it was the most stressful time I can remember I hope it all goes well for you and you find another buyer soon

Very stressed right now, ddad is having health issues I am now default explainer of medication
I have no medical training

Dmum needs me for random stuff nothing big just relentless small bits how to change a password ect

Dp is in his busy season so we see him one day in every 8 right now and soon one on every ten

And we are watching the neighbours dog, I love dogs more than people this one is driving me mad I won't go into it all but I cant wait till its picked up I will not be watching it again

Haven't slept since it arrived either going to go to bed at 8.30 as I can't put the dogs out for their last potty break any earlier and hope I can survive on coffee for a bit longer

Can you meet the family somewhere? Family friendly cafe for early lunch? So you don't have to bother with cleaning.

Agree with DH you get up overnight, he gets up early in the morning with the DCs.

Calpol for the baby, he'll feel better tomorrow just a bit sore from the needle.

Chill a bottle of something nice for tomorrow night. Hopefully the viewing goes well.
