I am trying to get into the doctors but in the mean time:
I came off the pill around 18 months ago after DH had a vasectomy. I was on the pill for 2/3 years. During this time I had breast pain, dull aching pain that would last a while and was very frequent. I wouldn't say it was necessarily very painful but it's very noticeable and uncomfortable. The nurse asked every time I was prescribed more of the pill if I'd had breast pain and I explained like I have above and I always got "Hm keep an eye on that" back and my prescription signed off for more.
Well I'm still have breast pain most days. Maybe just one bout a day, some times a few. I do keep meaning to speak to a doctor but life happens and before you know it it's 18 months later with the same pain.
Around 3 times in the last month or so I have had absolutely excruciating pain in my left breast, mainly my nipple area where it's woke me in my sleep and has been sore all of the next day before easing off. Maybe it's coincidence but it's started off a panic in me that it could be something worse.
Has anyone experienced similar? Im going to get checked as soon as I can get in but everyone and their dog knows what GPs are like at the minute. I'm also worried about being fobbed off because I'm only nearly 27.
Has anyone got any advice? Thank you.
