However I haven't hear Keir Starmer actually discuss how they will make the issues better

How will they find the additional money to fund the NHS is one example?

Well you need to listen more closely. And realise that they can't do a whole manifesto yet as no one knows what state the economy will be in by the time the election arrives.

I am eagerly awaiting their manifesto when the time comes. It is hard to knkw what they are proposing right now.

I dont know what the conservatives are proposing either.
