To think I'm not just easily offended?

Ladies in the office sat having some conversation about people who have fluffy covers on their steering wheels or dice decorations in the car etc etc but basically poking fun at it and then doing the same for various things and just acting really immature about it to be honest doing like gagging noises. These ladies are in their 20s but that's old enough to not be so bloody judgemental and bitchy/gossipy. We have work uniforms (just the top half) and there is one style that no one picks as it's by far just the worst option but one lady does have it and they were just discussing that and one of them was saying how she has never seen it and actually got up to go and walk past her just to see it and came back to basically have a giggle about it like they are 12.

Am I just easily offended or is this actually an acceptable thing to think is pathetic. Asked someone I work with about if she had noticed them be like it and she was saying how she heard those conversations too but didn't think much of it as it was more a generalised thing than talking about specific people or something. I don't know, just not a fan

I think this goes on in a lot of offices. I don’t like that they’ve laughed about someone choice of uniforms but the dice/fluffy steering wheel wouldn’t bother me. I don’t like stickers ‘peered by fairy dust’ etc. I would just (if you can) ignore them & chat with the others.

*powered by fairy dust!

They are probably egging each other on. Unfortunately that's when it can go too far. I'd do my best to ignore them.

Surely unless you’re sitting there in that specific uniform clutching your furry dice, it’s not your place to be ‘offended’ by someone casting aspersions on these things? You might well think they’re rather under-employed, though.
