I cannot believe how much sleep I need in the middle of my menstrual cycle, it's like my brain and body shut down, I can't even watch telly, I just need to sleep. Had a very lethargic day yesterday, couldn't face my exercise class and then was in bed for 11 hours.
Then I don't sleep well on the few days before period actually arrives, and then when it does I need more sleep again.
Do your sleep needs vary and shift with your cycle?
