To think it’s already getting too hot…

I am already starting to get hot! I think after a long cold winter of blankets on and no heating, we are all used to much lower temperatures. I know we’ve not even hit the 20’s yet but honest to god, I’m sat at home with a fan on full right on me. No idea how I am going to survive when it gets any hotter. I hate the summer and am just thankful that our ‘warm’ period seems to be reduced this year as sometimes by now we’ve had blaring heat!

Nope still chilly here. Washing is not even drying at all today.

Hmm, I was thinking it was warming up but today feels chilly, house went down to 16 so have had the heating back on.

Well I’m happy that I have washed two loads and dried them on the line , but I am at the allotment now and I’m going to head home because I think I’m too hot / maybe starting to burn. So that’s a shame as I wanted to read my book in the sun in a chair - as you can tell I’m not one for too much hard work on the allotment 😊

I don’t like it really hot at all but this year so far has been dire . I’m SE and there’s only been 2 days when I could walk the dog without a coat or thick jumper mid morning .

The onions seem to like it though!

It’s 15 degrees in my living room - I’m freezing and under a blanket with a cup of tea. It is actually slightly warmer outside but not what I’d call warm at all.

20 degrees and glorious sun in Dorset today. Flips flops and sun dress on and I'm loving it! I hate being cold

Nope, it's bloody lovely. 😎 16 degrees and not a cloud in the sky in the north east. Loving it.

20C here in Gloucestershire - the promised sun didn’t appear until 1pm, but now it’s blazing away. I’ve been working in the garden and have come in because it’s too hot if not in the shade. Just finishing off the current line of washing and then I’ll mow the back lawn once the sun has gone round a bit further.

Oh FO! It's a very underwhelming 20 degrees.

I am so jealous, bloody freezing here (Midlands).
My central heating came on this morning even though the thermostat is set at 16 degrees and it’s not been above 13 outside all day.

London here and I've got the heating on and we're all snuggled up under a blanket. I went out this morning in a jumper and a denim jacket and I was freezing.
