In July last year I was involved in a car accident, van pulled in front of me and I collided with it. I had to give a statement to the insurance of what happened and they told me I would be paid out as my car was a write off, they said it was a no fault accident and that my no claims wouldn’t be affected. They paid my settlement and all was fine
fast forward to now I have received an emails from the claims department to say there is not enough evidence to say which party was liable and the third party is not admitting liability. There was no witnesses or cctv. My insurance are now saying my no claims is affected and it may go to court. I’m really annoyed about this and was wondering if there is anything I can do as I’m being told different
