My ex, who I had a son with, has moved him to Scotland without any warning.
After a very corercive, verbally, psychologically, emotionally, behaviourally, financially and sexually abusive 1 and a half years relationship with her, that ended three and a half years ago, I was finally meant to get to see our son again. I haven't seen him since he had just turned 1, and for the last three and a half years I've been fighting in court to see him once again.
She had claimed domestic violence, which all went in her favour despite that not being the case, nor having any evidence to back it up.
She has breached previous court orders, admiting to having done so in court, delayed contact with him of any kind despite court orders saying that she has to. This included an update on the 1st of every month with a short paragrapgh and a photo of just how he was getting on, but this was delayed or rarely appreared at all.
There is a notice in the last order in which she has to make him available for contact, yet taking him 400+ miles up North doesn't seem very available.
