London...Something I can't currently square up in my head...the "senior accountant roles" market appears hot for newly qualified and up to 3 years PQE who generally can land at roles 60-80k base.... oldies with say 10-15 year plus PQE may be on roles 100k base..... Ten years ago it may have been 50k-65k v 100k so the experience premium seems to be much narrower now?
How do folk see the market? To progress is it manager and head of that should be aspired to?
