Hairdressers

I don’t have Facebook so my daughter left the review for me. I was really uncomfortable at the hairdressers due to the stylists attitude. She bitched about clients after they left, talked constantly about herself, her fake boobs, lip filler, her car etc. This was my second appointment, at one stage the beautician that rented a room came in eating a McDonalds stinking everywhere out. Her next client turned up and the stylist bitched about that.

She didn’t cut my hair how I asked and I showed her a picture, I wanted ash blonde to blend my greys and got golden blonde, her excuse was we need to work up to Ash, the Kardashian’s seem to manage it overnight and my hair isn’t that dark.

Today I’ve had a WhatsApp from her demanding to know why I’ve given a poor review and wants to get to the bottom of it. I’ve simply blocked her, I just can’t believe her attitude. I paid a lot of money for something I didn’t like and the experience was horrendous. If they want real reviews I can’t lie.

The first time I went it was school holidays and the childminder came in with her son who had a nerf gun and was firing it everywhere and being a general arse.

Am I missing something, does she want me to remove a real review?

I had similar happen to me when my daughter had a terrible experience in hospital. When I left a truthful and accurate review they wouldn’t publish it. Instead they recommended I speak to someone with regards to the complaint.

Has anyone else been challenged before about a review and made to feel uncomfortable?
